Rules & Regulations on Booking

Booking of chalets is opened to paid-up members only and limited to 2 off-peak and 1 peak period for every quarter.

Booking is opened exactly 3 months in advance from the date of check-in.

Booking has to be made personally by the member at the SOS office on Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Any other person needs to produce a letter of authorization signed by the member, together with the member’s SOS membership card and the authorised person’s identification card.

Due to limited number of chalets, reservation or phone booking is not allowed.

No cancellation or refund is allowed within 2 weeks from date of check-in.

No refund for any period not utilised.

Changes to check-in date is subject to chalet availability.

The Union shall not be held responsible for any injury or accident sustained by the occupants during their stay at the chalet.

The Union shall not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables, money or personal effects of the chalet occupants and guests.

The Union reserves the right to cancel, change or reject any booking at any time.
