Applicants are to check-in personally
from 4.00 p.m. onwards.

Check-out time is by 12.00pm. A full day charge shall be levied on occupants for late check-out.

Guest under the age of 18 will not be allowed to check into the Resort.

All guests are to register at the Front Office upon check-in.

The guest is advised to do
their own inventory check and report to Front
Office any damages or faulty equipment upon
their check-in. Guests will be billed for any
damages to the property.

A maximum of 4 persons shall register to occupy each chalet. Additional guests are required to pay the prevailing day member entrance fee and must leave the chalet ground by 11.00 p.m.

Gathering of not more than 10 persons are allowed
in each chalet.

Gambling, mahjong playing and decorations
are not allowed in the chalet.

Catering of food by outside caterers is prohibited. Chalet catering can be done through
our authorised Caterer. For more information,

Home-cooked food is allowed.

The Resort shall not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables, money or personal effects of the chalet occupants and guests unless such accident or injury was due to the negligence of the Resort of its servants.

Chalet occupants and guests shall at all time obey the Pool Standing Orders and the Pool operation hours. Only appropriate swimwear shall be allowed. Management's decision on appropriate swimwear shall be final.

The Resort shall not be held responsible for any injury of accident sustained by the occupants during their stay in the Resort.

The Resort reserves the right to reject any application.

The Resort reserves the right to take appropriate action (including reducing the duration
of stay) against anyone who infringes its rules and regulations.

Usage of BBQ Pits will be
charged to chalet guest accordingly. Payment to
be made at the Front Desk for the use of BBQ
Pits.
